Sheriff's Office keeps jails in lockdown

The Fourth Avenue Jail and one unit in the Lower Buckeye Jail remained in lockdown Monday, one week after the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office imposed the restrictions when detention officers learned of a large-scale disturbance inmates were planning.
